A charge of 1/2 of your normal grooming fee will be charged for any appointments cancelled the day before your appointment.
If you cancel on the day of the appointment or miss your scheduled appointment, you'll be charged your full grooming fee.
Reminder calls are made at least a day before your appointment for your convenience only, but it's your responsibility to make sure that you can come for your scheduled day/time.
We work hard to schedule your appointments at your convenience and reserve that time strictly for grooming your dog. With notice we may be able to switch appointment times or give your spot to another dog, but without notice, that is time that we cannot fill.

As of April 2024, we are taking on a limited number of new clients.
As happens with any long term dog services business, in a few very short years you start to see many your long term 4-legged friends pass away. Now starting our 19th year in business, we're seeing that more and more and so we do have space to bring in some new friends. We sorely miss our old friends, but look forward to making new ones!
